Cricket Poo
By Kathleen Walls

This is one strange review for two reasons. One, it is excrement, poop, or just plain poo. Secondly, the producer of the product never planned on producing it. It just sort of happened. The story goes like this. Once upon a time, a young man by the name of Aubrey Ghann grew tired of his job as a welder and decided to follow his dream. Now his favorite hobby was fishing and it's hard to make a living doing that so next best thing was produce bait. Being a southern boy, Aubrey knew that crickets make great bait. So that is what he did. basically, he gathered up some crickets and before you could say hook, line and sinker, he had tons of the hopping little critters.

Now as anyone with any biology background or anyone who had ever changed a diaper, knows, little critters produce a lot of poo for their size. Soon Aubrey realized he needed a market for this side product as well as the little producers. He began selling it under the trade name Cricket Poo! and it was a runaway success. People found it made their produce and flowers grow better. A big additional plus is that this stuff is not dangerous to the environment.

Well I tried it on veggies, shrubs and flowers and it worked. My tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers are thriving in spite of a desperately dry and hot summer. I recently moved to Central Florida and my soil is almost all sand. I did just a little enrichment so I have to credit the Cricket Poo! for the produce.

I added some to shrubs and flowers as well as my potted plants and they are are also blooming in spite of my poor watering habits.

Since i live Florida which is rapidly being over populated, to me the environmentally friendly contents of Cricket Poo! is very important.

Additionally the product is easy to store and keeps well. it had no unpleasant smell and feels clean as opposed to horse or cow manure.

I would have to say this one is all pro and no con.
