Welcome to Palm Coast , Florida – and Bubba & Gianni's. It's a culinary marriage of The South with a dash of Italian! Bubba & Gianni's is nestled under live oaks and towering pines in one of Northeast Florida's most beautiful ‘ hammocks' …midway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach . This long, beautiful lush corridor is nearly 40 miles long, winding it way north of Daytona through Ormond Beach , Flagler Beach and Hammock Beach . It's a sliver of land bounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Intracoastal Waterway on the west.

Imagine 26 miles of saltwater canals and 53 miles of freshwater canals surrounding the small surrounding hamlets. The unspoiled landscape and lush native plants line the quiet highway ~ and the drive to dine is worthy of the trip as much as lunch or dinner. Created by one of France's most acclaimed young Chefs/restaurateur ~ Jean-Stephane Poinard ~ the restaurant serves authentic laid back Southern favorites like fried green tomatoes, slow-smoked brisket, fresh collards, plenty of seafood, hoe pie and a mean low-country boil. The flip side offers seasonal freshly made pastas, antipasti and home-style Italian specialties.

In his first Florida restaurant ~ Bistro de Leon~ located in historic St. Augustine , Chef Poinard enchants his patrons with authentic French home cuisine “ la cuisine de meres' . This is what propelled Poinard to the top of the elitist gastronomic scene since 1998. Proud of being a 5 th generation chef who then owned Lyon 's Hotel Restaurant de Paris (in the family since 1962), this is what brought this splendid young restaurateur with a pedigree into the limelight – delighting international celebrities with his exuberant youthful passion and pleasure in cooking.

Within the coming months, Bubba & Gianni's will have seating outdoors and an imposing pizza oven in the open-air kitchen for all to watch.
